How it Works
One of the significant attributes of LEDs is their ability to switch on and off thousands of times per second. No other lighting technology has this capability. The switching occurs at ultra-high speeds, so far beyond what the human eye can detect, that the light appears to be constantly on. Signals can then be embedded within the visible light emitted from the LEDs in the form of binary code; “off” equals zero and “on” equals one. Lights and other electronic devices equipped with LVX technology can send and receive (i.e. transceive) these signals. Our company name describes this form of communication, Light Visually X-Transceiving: LVX. When the electronic equipment and devices are placed throughout a building or geographic area a comprehensive wireless communication network can be created.
