LVX Cost Justification
The LVX services offered through each of our state service companies will cost less than what an organization currently pays for their electrical and maintenance expenses associated with lighting. Following the comprehensive installation and commissioning of the equipment throughout a facility, Phase III customers will realize a significant reduction in the cost of their lighting and lighting maintenance. This cost reduction can be applied toward the installation of our LVX lights and apparatus.
The LVX state service company owns the LVX Lights and related apparatus, and is responsible for the activities and costs associated with maintaining their functionality. This minimizes customer hassle and lighting maintenance expense, as well as the risk of significant technological obsolescence.

Should a customer elect to finance the installation costs associated with a comprehensive LVX lighting and communication system, the estimated payback in years is displayed in the above chart. This assumes that the customer elects to apply the total estimated monthly saving toward installation debt repayment. Monthly costs vary greatly and are dependent upon whether the customer pays for installation costs up front, or spreads them over an extended finance plan.

The above chart approximates monthly costs over time. After implementing our lighting and communication services, the customer's new bill for LVX services, and the debt payment for installation, is approximately the amount they used to pay for electrical lighting costs and lighting maintenance.

This estimate is based on running fixtures 12 hours per day and assumes that electrical costs will rise slightly faster than inflation. The anticipated customer savings are a result of LED and light management efficiencies. Results will vary from customer to customer based on their facility requirements, lighting needs, lighting upgrades and utility costs.
